I've just received my 4th (or 5th) report from an ME / CFS person who went to Thailand. They were very healthy there - as were all the others!

Here is a 2009 report from someone who believes his CFS is related to EMF's. I am in northern Thailand now surrounded by phone masts, WiFi,and idiots frying their brains with their cell phones whereever I go. The heart pain, the groin pain, the allergies, and the brain fog have come back! Hopefully, when I have some money saved I can go back to Auroville, India, or some other community away from the electrosmog! health.groups.yahoo.com/group/CFS_CFIDS_ME/message/6071?l=1* Here is a report of his from 2007: Since traveling, I have noticed that in Asia, that Thailand and China are better than Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The former are still using 2G (second generation cell phone technology) while the later are using 3G (third generation). In Laos, India, and Myanmar I felt the best and there were many places where my HF meter was reading Zero. In Japan, China, and Thailand, just about whereever I go, I notice that the level of ambient radiation is at 100% at a minimum of level four of the most sensitive setting of my Zap Checker. However, in India, Myanmar, and Laos (except for Vientine) most of the places were reading 0% at the maximum of level ten of the most sensitive setting. In Auroville, India (near Pondicherry) which is an alternative community, and won't let cell phone towers to be built on their land, the reading was just about Zero everywhere I went - in spite of the fact that people were in fact using cell phones there. (There were in fact signs near the visitor center that said "Please Turn Off Your Mobile.") And I never felt better. I slept great and woke up refreshed. I am thinking of moving there, but I had to leave because all the guest houses there were fully booked. -Paul Doyon health.groups.yahoo.com/group/CFS_CFIDS_ME/message/3975?l=1

A report from 2003: I've been to Spain (various parts and Portugal) in the winter for a week at a time. I've noticed no improvement in my health there. Also France. The best for me have been the Greek Islands, Thailand and Cuba. Kindest regards, Annette p.s. from New Zealand originally health.groups.yahoo.com/group/CFS_CFIDS_ME/message/322?l=1
