A report: Canada is a vast country as you put it, yes, but look at a map and you'll realize most of it is northern, cold, wilderness. The South is were the people populated the country and in Eastern Canada it's mostly swampland: very humid, lots of stinging insects, lots of mould. I have very few reports of good places and there are usually in high places (expensive) or island places where the problem is you have to be able to get there (need a road or a bridge.) I know a lot of sick Canadians from all over the country and none of them feel good in Canada. It's possible that with enough time, energy and money to really explore every little crook, one could find a feel good place. But we have no energy to do it. We can't work so we have no money either. Hence... misery. health.groups.yahoo.com/group/CFS_CFIDS_ME/message/6683?l=1Read more: locationseffect.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=information&thread=228&page=1#ixzz20QWsdNyT

A report from June 2012 from a mold avoider:
>I was recently in New Hampshire and spent weekends in Amesbury, MA the latter helped me alot!!! This town is clean and our daughters home is free of mold. I am presently on the ocean in Vilano Beach north of St Augustine and doing well here. The east coast is working out for me as long as I stay close to the ocean. I also do well in clean wooded areas like in New Hampshire. I did well on the coast of Maine.

A comment made in January 2012: One of the biggest pulls is the weather. I'm really drawn to the drier climate. For a short time I lived in Bend, OR., and the weather was fabulous. (Bend is no longer an option because it's too close to certain family) I felt so much better. I don't know what it is about western Oregon and Washington, but the dampness just does not make me feel well. And the gloominess is becoming more and more unbearable every year. www.city-data.com/forum/montana/1465403-not-sure-where-i-want-move-2.html#ixzz1xEHLy3t3
