I fear this message might deter people from
taking the locations theory seriously, because it
could be construed that I am crazy. However, I
am going to share this info in the hope it can
help some one:
I was well when I first arrived in Fortaleza, Brazil
towards the end of their dry season. When I began having bad
days, I found that avoiding air conditioning helped.
As the weeks passed, with or without a/c,
I had fewer good days, and then none at all.
(This was not related to air turbulence, which would cause
my symptoms to come and go. My symptoms were back full time).
Because I had shown improvement when the land was parched
and when there was no a/c, I considered that I, like Erik,
might be reacting poorly to mold.
I then moved to a hotel that received strong ocean breezes. I took
a room on 8th floor, in a desparate attempt to avoid mold. I felt
healthy!
Unfortunately, an emergency arose requiring me to leave
Fortaleza immediately. An hour after leaving my hotel room,
I was checked in at the air port. I began reading "Osler`s Web"
- once again. For once, the info sunk in as I read it! However,
by the time I boarded the plane, less than an hour later,
I had reverted to my CFS brain fog.
I am going to see how I will be on a high floor in Buenos Aires,
Argentina, but I suspect I will not be well here.
I point out I was well in Cuba and the Yucatàn, high floor or not.
What do you people make of my high floor recovery? (No, I am not
well in mountains).
